J & S Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Set up appointments multiple times and I took off work in order for them to repair furnace and a/c. Called them after the timeframe they had given on 2 separate days and found out that their guy was sick and they didn't think to call. Finally made it out and got the furnace operational and said they'd be back in a week to hook up the a/c. Weeks went by and I kept calling to get the a/c fixed and they kept forgetting to come fix it. After several months they finally came out to hook up the a/c and left after putting the a/c coil back in the furnace. Never came back to finish the job. Had another company come out only to find out that J&S broke my a/c coil and I will end up spending over another $1400 to replace it and finish charging the system.

Great company very competitive prices. Have used them a couple times now and they have been great.

DO NOT USE this company. Absolutely horrible customer service and unaccountable for their mistakes. They quote only to charge you higher when job is done. Strongly do not recommend this company. Use Kuenster Heating and Air.
