I would just like to say that I found the customer service exceptional from the 1st phone call to the finish of the work on my furnace. I needed several parts and the Technician had to collect the parts, return and install them, he was finished in a couple of hours. My call into the office was pleasant and I was greeted by a very professional receptionist, who advised would call back with an appointment time, and did so very quickly. I had no heat and was cold, within 3 hours I was warm and cozy. The technician who was very nice, explained what the problem was and what was require for the repair, in a way I could understand. I give 5 stars as I could NOT have had a better service from these guys. I will be referring Kalkaska Plumbing & Heating to anybody who requires plumbing/heating services.. Thanks Guys, I am now warm and cozy *****

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. After fixing a couple things with my furnace, it still wouldn't work, The tech came back and checked a couple things and said he and the owner would be back the next day to figure out what was wrong, Well...next day no call, until we called them. Where the owner told us to go back to our realtor. There may be a warranty,,etc etc. Said he was trying to save us money. I hired them to find out what was wrong with my heat and instead of figuring that out they refer me to my realtor?! Why didn't you just say that it was New Year's Eve and you didn't want to do it.



Oh I haven't mentioned that I had called them in the beginning of December and was informed it would be a couple days. No problem, I asked that they call me so that I can meet them at the house. NOTHING. NO CALL. NO SHOW. Ridiculous.



Only use these people if your are desperate. I ended up having to put in a new furnace. I am happily giving my money to another contractor who was willing to do his JOB!
