Betzler is a class act.

After our mother passed, we met with Joe, the perfect combination of caring, support, kindness, professionalism and efficiency. He helped us with pictures, planning, and empowered us to take control of our mother's service. Together, we planned a service with each of her children sharing stories and memories. We were thrilled with the very personal and meaningful celebration of our mother's life that transpired.

We loved everything about Betzler: all of our contacts with Joe, the ease in which our mother's final desire was carried out, the home like facility, the service, the lunch that followed, the dogs (with which one of the little children got right down on the floor and snuggled up), her life story presented in book, picture panel and video form, the website, all information printed out and ready for us to take home. It was truly a Celebration of Life and will live on with us in fond memories, pictures, booklets, and videos.
