Very disappointed with the manager & sales associate in this store. My husband purchased my wedding ring from here before Christmas. The day after Christmas we brought it back into the store to have it re-sized. We were promised the ring back on January 14th. I went in on January 16th to check on it as no one called me - only to be told they lost it! I was given a temporary ring to use until they located my ring. They received my ring on Jan. 25th. Again, no one called to notify me of this. They waited till I went in yesterday to tell me - ALMOST A MONTH LATER! If I had not gone in to handle my account, I would not have known that they had my original ring in the store. INCOMPETENT!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!
