        I have been renting from them for nearly 2 years and have no issues. They are always fast and courteous. The girls are super friendly every time I've interacted with them. People need to realize they are not feeling directly with the homeowners. They have to contact them in order to get repairs done and sometimes the owners are overseas. So, response may not be immediate. I have been renting for several years and always take care of the home as though I own it. If you do that, you'll realize the owners and company will greatly appreciate you.
