Fort Riley Area Rentals

I have been renting for nearly 7 months now (not a long time) and have had a couple issues with them. The biggest one, is that after finally moving in, we discovered the house had cockroaches and a really bad case of ants. All they did was send a handy man with the liquid Terro. All he did was put a couple drops of it on our bathroom sink and called it good. He didn't even leave the bottle. We even called again to aware them it did not solve the issue. Since it wasn't taken care of we called Orkin and they have been treating the house. So far in only 7 months, we have spent at least nearly $500 on the bug issue. With no help from them. They were at least nice enough to replace the broken stove when we first moved in. But a couple of the outlets went bad. I tried fixing but the wiring throughout the house is outdated. the house had no fire alarms. We informed them in august and they finally put them in after we reminded them at the beginning of October.
