Jade Rose Nail Spa

I was so disappointed! Went on Saturday for a pedi and the girl I had couldn't understand to leave my tie separators in and of course the polish was messed up, then by the end of the day my polish was chipping off because she didn't put a topcoat to protect. I went back today to get my toes fixed and all they did was add polish on top; she wasn't even going to put a topcoat until said something! I ask her to put the toe separators and she ignored me completely and told me that's how they do it:) I looked down and sure enough my toes were touching and messed up again!! It's one of those things you know you don't have to do again and I WILL NOT go back.

Don't go here for permanent make up. Also when they start speaking a different language....beware!

I went and the lady who did my nails was very nice I'm a very picky person and she did them to the t how I wanted it haven't had no issues with them I recommend this nail salon great service

Horrible experience. My feet were bleeding when I got home from the girl using the file on my heels. Ouch! Will never go back.

I'm a picky person but they're so good, they do my nail and I do my eyebrow permanent, I love it and I recommend for all people you'll come over here to enjoy your day.

Horrible experience. Amy is rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. Even though I had an appt. with her she took someone ahead of me and tried passing me off to someone else. Told me to wait 10 min. ended up being 45-60 min wait. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner. She filed my nails crooked and my nails grew out and needed a fill in less than a week. Told me it was a certain price and magically went up when it was time to pay. Horrible! Will never go back.

I didn't even know I was getting a crappy nail job before trying this place out! They did a awesome job on my nails. They were all the same length, shape, and the tips were all even. They werent bulky or rough around the edges. They were quick but efficant and very friendly!!!

this is a good nail salon i got a facial.The women did a amazing job on my nails.they would give you massages.they have new managment and she's great. Go to this nail salon it has a great service and they'll make you a desert if you ask.mmmmmm just thinking about it makes me hungry!!!!!

The manicure and pedicure services in Jade Rose Spa is just so wonderful, as a matter of fact you know that now there was a new owner at this salon, and she have that great experienced of what she do, I loved it and I got the chance to enjoy the special offer for both manicure and pedicure services which will help rejuvenate my hands and feet. I will be back and prepare them for that wonderful occasion. I recommend to all for moment you are planning to and if you are just going there to have a wax, you can simply opt for the facial treatment options.
