Been here twice now everytime the wait is several hours long. The people here treat you like you don't matter to them. The waiting room is freezing and all the nurses are standin around not doing anything while everyone is waiting in the waiting room sick and wanting to go home.

Dr. King told me (an asthmatic with chronic bronchitis) that I was breathing fine and getting enough air. I was very painfully trying to take a deep breath when he was testing me! He also said I wasn't wheezing. I could hear myself wheezing and I wasn't the one with the stethoscope! His staff was very unfriendly and was more interested in their crossword puzzles, cellphones, and YouTube videos than they were in helping me. They also gave me an expired coupon for my medicine, so instead of being $20 it was $65. I was the only patient in the facility and it still took over an hour to get out of there. And I could hear all the staff laughing at and talking about the online video they were watching while I was waiting. I am sick! I need the doctors attention way worse than the computer screen does. The staff yelling across the facility was very inappropriate as well.
