Overall

I purchased a fan from this seller that was advertised as "used like new". It stopped working within 2 weeks. Now I am out $300 for install, diagnostic, and uninstall of a fan that was falsely advertised as like new. When I called the seller I was told "I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for electrician costs." The seller should be responsible for costs if they have falsely advertised the product as useable when it is not. I am still out $300 for costs to install something that was falsely advertised as in like new condition. This is exactly what false marketing protects against.
