I have been waiting for a Chili's in Joplin for 20 years. We went in yesterday for lunch and I was thoroughly disappointed. The menu was similar enough to Applebee's we should've just gone to Applebee's. My burger came out with tomato AND onion both of which I asked to leave off the burger and the fries were old. The burger was brought back to the table the first time and you could see the tomato goo and a seed on the lettuce. It was sent back again, made fresh with the same fries as the first and second time
At this point why bother to complain about the flat Coke or the gastrointestinal distress?. Sadly disappointed.
