15th Street Coin Laundry

The washer worked fine but the family sized dryer didn't heat up although I had it set for high temperature. That was a waste of $3. The office door has forms for refund requests but no pen to fill it out. Guess they make some bucks on that. I have been coming here for laundry for a couple of years. 1 out 3 times I have issues with broken equipment

I went on March 8th 2021.. I was very pleased. It was clean, the staff was friendly.. Stephanie was awesome she had a bubbly personality and very knowledgeable about her washers.. she was also training a new lady!! They were both helpful!! Thank you for the great experience!

Nice clean place. Excellent machines and many to choose from depending on how much laundry you need to do. Up- to-date equipment.

Best maintained laundry in Joplin cause the manager keeps the dead beats and wackos out. It has improved so much in the past couple years.

Worst service in my life I never come rude people

It is a decent place to do laundry but its unfortunate that so many homeless people hang out inside. Don't feel comfortable doing my laundry and then being asked if I can spare some change for a homeless man.
