        This Place sucks, very poor service the owner was really rude! We purchased a washer that did not work so they had to replace it and bring another one that did not work either, not to mention that they damaged my hardwood floor and my walls. They did not want to refund me my money so I had to go through my bank to get my money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. No one wanted to be responsible and they were rude with the customers, it is a bootleg business with employees that do not care about their customers. We even tried to work with them and said we will fix the damages just refund our money but they did not want to refund or fix the damages that they made.

        Poor service. I cant tell you about the quality of their work because after being told i would be their first appt fof Saturday, having waited all day, the very nice dispatcher called me at 3:30 to say they werent coming to my home. Waited all dat, called at 10:30 to confirm, then again at 1:30fter

        I have used steve mitchell appliances for over 10 years. The work is excellent and very reliable. The prices are reasonable ask for Leroy, very honorable and hard working old guy who was taught by the old school crew who took thier time to learn the trade well. Yes Leroy is an old school tradesmen in whom you will be well pleased.
