Wolf Creek Jonesboro

This place is a dump! The atmosphere is cool going into the lobby but don't be fooled. Initially upon moving in it looks like the windows and blinds haven't been cleaned since the place was built. My roommates and I moved in on a Saturday. The heater ran continuously. Ground keepers don't work on the weekends, so that was fixed on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. We didn't want to be charged for it running all the time. The flooring in the main living room area isn't carpeted. Even cleaning 3 times you cannot walk on it bare foot without your feet getting black. We have to always wear shoes when coming into the living room. The bedrooms are carpeted. I'm not sure when they were replaced last, but my carpet has a HUGE stain as soon as you walk in. The beds are not comfortable. You have to by something to put over the bed otherwise you will be sweating all night from the plastic that's covering the mattress. The apartment is not well insulated. You stand by the window and you can feel the air coming in. I placed a paper drape over the blind and the wind was blowing so hard one night it was blowing my blind. I had to tape it to the wall to get it to stop! Our neighbors are extremely noisy. There is someone that shakes the entire building on a daily basis and blares their music. Our apartment is right by the entrance by the gate that does not function and needs to be fixed. The gate chirps just like a smoke detector alarm that needs to be changed (just as frequent all day and all night) I hear it ALL the time. I turned it in to be fixed and the manager called me and basically said it would be fixed, when it got fixed. The walls are very thin. You can hear just about everything that is going on. My roommates shower wake me up every morning its so loud! Her toilet runs continuously, it's also very noisy. The neighbors left their trash out, it had been 2-3 days just sitting outside their door. Cats were starting to get into the trash and trash was getting every where. We had to write a letter as the apartment complex to get them to take their trash out. It comes with a washer and dryer. You have to dry your clothes on 2 cycles in order to get them dry. People just kind of do as they please with no repercussions. I wouldn't walk around this place alone or with friends at night. This place is ghetto, nasty and absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER stay here again.

Where to start. Hummm... EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is terrible (the people at the front desk have so much attitude and are never pleasant). The actual apartments are HORRIBLE (the furnitures are old and broken, the carpet stinks, the walls are dirty). In the two bedroom apt, one room is way bigger than the other one, but both occupants still pay the same amount of money for the rent.The lists is endless..... Please DO NOT LET THOSE FOOLS GET YOU in a year lease. Run somewhere else.
