        Overall

        I am very disappointed in the billing dept. I owed a small bill , and my hus. paid it; but they refuse to take it off my credit report or mark that it is paid. I was told it would stay on my credit report for seven to ten years! That is just great for people w/ Cronic illness to have to deal with! Just wait you'll be old one day!
