On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I'm recently new in this area.
My server was very kind and took the time to write down places for me to go to in which I appreciate it very much.
My food was quite good I have no complaints there.
Coming from a much larger City from a small one is always quite different that is my opinion at this time.

The food was good but service was slow. My food could have been hotter but the place was packed so I understand they get to things as fast as they can.

The customer service side of things was terrible. Our server was inattentive and my glass was never refilled. Management didnt seem to care about our experience. Im giving 2 stars. Hopefully next time will be better

Terrible experience. After being excited about visiting I waited 30 minutes to be seated my order was wrong 3 times so eventually I decided to ask for my check and leave. My order had been rung up wrong and I was being overcharged. Asked to speak to a manager about my server Jessica. Felicia Steele was the manager I given to speak to. She was very rude. Told me that it wasnt her problem and that I needed to pay or leave. Extremely bad customer service. Will never eat here again
