Overall

My wife made an appointment for oil change and a complete brake job. Dealership service is usually high, but I trust them to do quality work, so I took a Honda service coupon. When I get there, I am informed that they do not have the correct brake pads for my Accord, but I am assured that I would be taken care of. The oil service is done with a discount, and I am told that they would still honor the coupon when I come back for the brake job plus help me out some more for the trouble of coming in twice for what should have been one visit (by appointment no less). When I come back for the remainder of my service, I am told they would honor the coupon, but that they could not do anything else to help me for my inconvenience. That is simply poor customer service. They would have honored the coupon anyway if the job was performed in one visit as it should have been, and they lied about making up for the inconvenience. This is what happened. Make your own judgement about this business.

Overall

Ignition locked up, called Honda and they said to have my vehicle towed to dealership. They gave me an est. for repairs and told me I could provide my own part to save some $ and they would still do the labor to put it on. After waiting on the part to arrive for one week. I dropped the part off, they said they would call when it was done. Later that afternoon service called me and told me the GM said that they would not repair my vehicle, because I did not order the part thru them. I had to have it towed a 2nd time to another shop. Now I am out 2 tow bills. He should communicate with his service writers to not lead customers on that it could be done this way. I now have to wait my turn at another shop for it to get worked in and repaired. My truck will still have to go back to Honda because it will have to be programmed. Which is why I decided to contact the dealership to begin with.
