There are still more than enough to get you. And, m ost of what you kill are not mosquitoes. Many you kill are beneficial insect. s.
Flies
Place wall mounted ILTs down low to best catch day-flying insects like the housefly. It is the fly's nature to be below five feet high (even skimming the floor) when they are most responsive to ILTs. Generally speaking, the lower you place a trap, the more responsive flies will be to it.
Beetles
Dermestid beetles or other cultures may result from leaving dead insects in the trap for an excessive length of time. Disconnect power and wash the lamps and inner-body with a warm soapy solution and rinse as needed. Clean or replace lamps yearly or when catching power no longer meets your requirements.
Moths
Some moths, such as the ones used in the earliest exaggerated research, fall apart in your hand, no matter how gentle you try to be. Why were these insects chosen and focused on so heavily? Were too many insects used in too small a test chamber? How hard did the micro particle measuring system suck? If a facility has this many insects, is the real problem something other than electrocuters, such as insect inviting lighting or inadequate sanitation and exclusionary tactics?
