Overall

They were horrible, They gave ...

They were horrible, They gave me an appointment for 1:00 pm and when no one showed up by 1:30 I decided to call. Who ever answered the phone said they were running behind and they would get here. They did not give a time as to when they would get here. When an hour and half passed I called several times and did not get an answer. There online ad says always on time. What a bunch of BS!!

6.-In most cases carpet cleaning will not remove fleas and bed bugs. Please call an exterminator prior to your cleaning appointment. Also have your upholstery and mattress inspected for possible contamination.
