The absolute worst customer service ever - at a time of great sorrow. I ordered flowers on line for my 97 year old grandmother's funeral. I paid with a credit card (which went through on line no problem). My credit card company later puts a fraud alert on out of state charges 'cause my husband's been traveling and they're concerned. Four days after the funeral George calls me and leaves the uglies message I ever recieved. He threatens to contact my family because my card was declined. He insisted he tried to call me 10X (though no missed calls & no other messages-honestly). Maybe he had a case of fat fingers. When I call immediately back and start to talk to a sane lady, he gets on the other line calling me a terrible person from out there in CA (I live in WA) says I must be an actress. As I calmly give another credit card to the sane lady he continues to rant. You'd think I was 6 mos past due on rent not 4 days after a declined in error $90 funeral arrangement. Worst service ever!
