Norris Bicycles

I was very new to purchasing bicycles outside of a department store and wasn't sure what to look for. I went to another bigger bike shop before this one and the service was less than stellar. They had me try a couple of bikes and that was the end of it. The owner of this shop took over an hour of his time explaining the options and fitting me to a bike. The bike I picked out was ordered and ready for me in a week. I was able to give it a thorough test ride with no pressure to buy. We lived fairly close and did not have a bike rack and since it was closing time for the shop the owner followed us with the bike on his! Will recommend this shop highly!
