My complaint is not with the service's provided but like a few others, I have read it is with the billing dept., which is located in Canajoharie, NY. They claim they sent out a bill, which I never received, so instead of calling me or resending the bill they just turn you into collections. They alledge that the bill came back as undeliverable, bad address. However the address the collections agency used was the same one that Park ave.gave to them and that definitly got to me. And collections said they even provided them with my home phone so why didn't Park Ave assoc. call me? Nope they just turn you in and I might add its for an amount of less than 20.00,not to mention its a workmans comp case so it should have never came to me. Then in my second conversation with the billing person, she said the ins. co handling it said they needed more info which is why they didn't cover the amount I was turned in for. This was never mentioned in my original conversation. Some one has really dropped the ball here and its not me. After telling the billing person they need to send me another statement which i just recently got, the amount owed on this was $0 dollars. So I called them to verify it and she said oh no you still owe us. Well the last time I was in school $0 dollars means I owe nothing. What the hell? So just beware and keep on top of all your reciepts and bills from these people. I'm still fighting this battle.
