        The best decision I ever made!

        Great people! Great facilities! Great price! An outstanding facility with state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgable and personable trainers. A good experience for the entire family- a great work out for Mom and Dad, and expert judo classes for the kids too! I've lost 20 lbs and have never looked or felt better!
