Terrible place to book any trip with. Very unprofessional and scams you for your money. Ashley booked a destination wedding for a group I was with and totally messed up the refund policy to ALL parties that booked with her. When the wedding was canceled, we were out $105/ person vs. the $30/ person she told us we would be out for insurance fees. I don't know if it is inexperience or what but I don't think it was right that Argus expected us to eat the cost of a mistake their employee made. Nonetheless, your better off booking with a bigger travel agency that knows what they are doing and provides you with paperwork explaining the terms and conditions, has an office and provides their employees with office numbers and an invoice or receipt for your files vs. a "business" that works over the phone with no paperwork and has customers calling their personal cell phones.

I wouldn't give them a DIME of your money. Take your business elsewhere.
