        I had a horrible experience with Jack's Carpet. First they were 4 hours late for the installation and didn't end up leaving until midnight! Second, they didn't bring enough carpet and there were seams showing... it took over two months and escalating to an area manager before the problem was resolved. Third, when they did bring the carpet that was missing for a downstairs carpet, it was the wrong one! I was treated rudely by the store manager and hung up on when I called him to discuss. All in all I WOULD NOT recommend them.
