Bad service, mailman said bad words with rude attitude

Wouldn't know about personal service because I can't get any!!!! They've been HOLDING 2 packages for 6 days- HASN'T FREAKIN MOVED!! They may as well keep the damn things now, I don't need them anymore! The one benefit to working for the United States Postal Service??? NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER!! And they seriously wonder why "GOING POSTAL" became the catch phrase it is today??!!

I have had a package missing for a little over a year now last scan showed it was in your post office & My post office will not refund me my 95.35. So I hope whoever stole it at least sends me my money! If NO one stole it it should of been sent on it's way but it never left your office. SO WEHERE IS IT???? I also have the numbers on the package that came from company which is 420182109102976421879301445271 which shows it was scanned refused, & the Post office is putting a locator on it & I have a case # from them & should here from them within a day or so.) Hopefully they will find my missing package that you should of had over a year ago. It was to be returned to Nerium International 3717 Commerce Place Ste E Bedford TX 76021 From Albrightsville Pa 18210-1506

The personnel at the all service window are great - extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The manager at the post office is also very helpful.



However, the personnel at window 2 are terrible. They are supposed to provide 'customer service', but its more like they hate the sight of any customer. Particularly there is this man who is there after 4pm EST - he is just the worst. He's rude and is never in a mood to help. If you are a business and need to interact with window 2 - good luck!
