        I have stayed at many hotels a...

        I have stayed at many hotels and resorts and I have to say the Hyatt Regency was by far the dirtiest and worse at customer service. According to management they can't guarantee a room with a nice view or your bed preference even with a reservation for it. I reserved a king room and got a double and they did move me however my view was of a beautiful roof top. The room had paint peeling off the ceiling there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty as well as the sink top. I requested another room but they said they had no rooms left, so I had my sister call to see if they had any king rooms on an upper floor with a nice view for that night and they said they did. I guess they just really don't care about customer satisfaction. I also have to mention that the area surronding the the hotel was a disgrace with cigarette butts all over the place and garbage on the ground. Other places I have stayed would have someone out there cleaning the grounds up. I was very unhappy with my stay at the Hyatt. It is in a great location but that is all it has going for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
