It was a great experience to stay in this apartment. It was wonderful and extremely nice to be in. The view was great.

Really enjoy living here, The location is perfect. The connectivity to public transport is very helpful and the staff is really helpful. The views are superb, The amenities are also up-to-date.

This was my first experience with allcitycorporatehousing and and I have to say it was fantastic! , The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. I felt very comfortable during my 1-week stay there. i will return definitely.

The Apartment was very comfortable,The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived until we left. the shower pressure and heat was perfect, the bathroom very clean.

We stayed at Monaco, loved the apartment and the location. I was super lucky to have a beautiful New york Skyline View. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean. My first trip to New York was worth it and had an amazing time!!

Signs nothing. NEVER RETURNS SECURITY DEPOSIT ON TIME. Some people have never gotten it. Electricity bills are made up. Apartments full of B.E.D B.U.G.S...fleeces IT professionals coming from India, Nepal and Pakistan. Has a very high turn around coz nobody wants to stay here for more than a few weeks (coz such is the treatment). Every week you will brush your shoulders with a stranger in the apt. At the end of a quarter, you would feel like an Escort! Metro36, ALL CITY and other fake names = SCAM. THEY USE GOOGLE VOICE so that you cant track them i.e 201-702-1232 S.C.A.M.

We checked into the apt at 31 River Court in Jersey City yesterday, June 10. Our experience so far has been nothing short of disastrous. I notified Chris and Mike (from Sales) at the Jersey City office. Despite calling them several times a day, it's been two days and we still don't have basic supplies like glasses and teaspoons that were supposed to be here. Not to mention that the apartment is so dirty.



1. First of all, Vanessa from Guest Services who I called 6.10 evening, doesn't quite understand the first rule of being in guest services i.e. 'hear the customer out.' Instead, she argued, spoke over and constantly interrupted me. To top it, everything I told her was 'news' to her. All I want to know is if and how she is going to fix the problem.



2. The bed is a small, shaky queen size bed when I clearly stated that we were two adults and two kids under three. I don't understand how one small queen size bed would work? My child has already rolled off the bed twice! Thankfully she isn't terribly hurt.



We should have been informed about this. I had thought being in the hospitality business and knowing how many guests are expected, you would have figured this out.



By the way, this bed is extremely shaky and creaky and looks like it's going to fall apart anytime.



3. The apartment is very dirty. I don't understand why we are expected to pay $150 as cleaning fee when even the Tupperware is dirty, let alone the plates, utensils, blinds, the AC, the floors.



4. The window in the bedroom does not close. Someone has ingeniously wedged some tissue paper in there for some reason. Vanessa said she had arranged for the building super to come and fix it. I am here for a week and it is not my intention to spend a second of it getting things fixed around their apt. Nor am



I giving them Permission to Enter with all my stuff lying around. This is something that should have been taken care of before. From the pictures, it'll be quiet apparent that this has been a problem for a while, so it shouldn't be 'news' to anyone.



5. The Vonage phone is not working - doesn't connect to the Internet. Despite telling them that yesterday no one has been here on two days to check or fix that.



6. All the windows don't have a mesh and none of the windows have the window guard. I have two small children and this is dangerous



7. Chris had said there would be a rolling pin, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand washing liquid, kitchen roll - a fully equipped kitchen but none of these things are there. It took us several calls and emails before we were supplied with two cubes of dishwashing and clothes washing detergent. 2 cubes for a 7 day stay! There wasn't even a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. To top it all, a cleaning lady came and left without cleaning the living room and the kitchen. When I reported that to Chris he said the cleaning lady said she had been here for 2 & 1/2 hours. What a liar!



8. I had also asked about the laundry card and received no response. Today I was told I would have to spend some $7 to buy my own card! This was also not communicated earlier.



9. The dishwasher, ACs and refrigerator are really quite filthy and look terrible old. The AC vents are full of soot and dust. Not healthy for little kids to breathe those in at all. They've already developed a cough.



10. The pictures that were sent via a link are very different from the actually apartment. The whole layout itself is different! Also we needed a FOB to get into the playroom and lounge which we were told we would have access to - it took us two days to get the keys to that.



We only intended to stay here for a week and I have spent too much time already trying to get the apartment cleaned and stocked with all the supplies that were said would be there.



Two days and the apartment is still not clean and all the supplies are not here. Unacceptable. Waste of my time.

A few apartments in Magnolia Ave & Journal Square. are managed by this co. Raj is the assistant and Sameer/Sameir is the broker. Apartments have the worst hygiene level. Furniture is broken and picked up from free yard sales. Every 6 months, either the WiFi breaks down OR the heater doesn't work (more so in winters). SOME OF THE TAPS ARE LEAKING. SOME ROOMS DON'T HAVE CLOSETS. $40-50 PER MONTH, PER PERSON is fleeced in the way of cleaning the toilets and kitchen (too high because it boils down to $80-100 per hour for the high-school drop out cleaning lady).

ALL APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF COCKROACHES AND MICE.

CHEATING BUSINESS, BAD SERVICE, DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS BUT SENDS HALF A DOZEN EMAILS AS A REMINDER FOR PAYING RENT.

Where to begin? So many horrible things to say about this:

1. COCKROACHES everywhere

2. No wifi for 3 days

3. No Gym in the building- MISLEADING

3. No coffee cups

4. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER- ALLCITY



This is the long version:

After arriving late at night from a trans Atlantic flight, we were greeted by dozens of small cockroaches. We had to kill so many bugs that we needed the vacuum cleaner to dispose of the bodies. We called the management company, but they never called us back over the weekend. In the meantime we had to sleep with the lights on and our daughter (who is 6 months pregnant), who had her bed in the living room was awakened in the early morning by a roach on her arm. Also, the blinds didn't shut in the living room so she enjoyed the bright sunshine at 5:30am every day! Also we had no internet the entire weekend and were drinking coffee in a water glass...which is trivial compared to the bug problem.

We thought that by Monday morning the management company would finally pick up the phone and move us to another apartment. To our surprise, they first said there were no bugs because they had the exterminator come the day before we checked in. It was nice to be called a liar and I wonder why we didn't find any dead bugs if the exterminator came the day before we arrived. We have lots of pictures to prove of all the bugs crawling.

They said they would send an exterminator again but they were just buying some time since we were only there for a week. They did send one a day later-- because we kept on calling and complaining- and it helped a little but not enough since my wife woke up with a roach on her arm the day before we left.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR BUILDING TO ANYONE AND I DOUBT WE WERE THE ONLY APARTMENT WITH THAT PROBLEM. STAY AWAY.



At this point we have not had any compensation for our misfortune. We did not even get reimbursed for the RAID we had to buy. This was the trip from hell and not a cheap one.
