Andy's Heating & Air Conditioning

The heat pump is working great. We put the new Carrier heat pump, installed in 2017. Works great! We will call in September for service.

Called and made an appointment for friday at 3:30 for a rental property I have where they have 3 small children living. I told Andy the furnace was not heating properly and needed it repaired ASAP On friday at 12:30 he called to say he was going to be right there, I told him a made an apt with him for 3:30 and and no one was home. He said well they had to be there no later than 3pm because of overtime?? I said I made an apt for 3:30?? he said oh don't worry we will take care of you. Then HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULDN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE!!! what a guy!! Now it's 4:30 and to late to get someone else out before Monday!! You can look forward to me bad mouthing you to everyone I know for years to come!!!!! You don't deserve any stars
