Dennis is awesome. Take notice that there are several contractors in the area who go by "affordable." You want Dennis. My roof is perfect and, more to the point, my roof because of the way it is built, turned out to be a LOT more work than either of us expected. Dennis was professional and honored his original estimate even though I was saying "are you sure?" He also told his guys to do some extra little bits as kindnesses. It sounds like he is a personal friend, but no. Although I do have friendly feelings toward him, I had never met him before or, because I have had NO problems with my beautiful metal roof, since. Dennis is a real resource and the best contractor you will ever need! Everyone was nice, polite, and they cleaned up perfectly. Amazing businessman and crew!

I recently moved into the area and within a couple of thunderstorms I noticed some of my shingles missing at the back of my house. Our POA has a bulletin board at the entrance to our complex and Affordable Roofing had a sign near it. I took a chance and called. Dennis Brown the owner answered and said he would take a look at it.

That was the best thing I've done in a long time. Dennis came out we walked around the house and found 2 or 3 shingles had come off the roof. I asked Dennis how much it would cost and he said he would fix it for free if I kept him in mine when I needed a new roof. Well this December I called Dennis and got a quote on a new metal roof.Dennis gave me a very fair price and a start date. He installed my roof in a professional manner. His crew was great the roof looks outstanding and I could'nt be more pleased. I've dealt with a few contractoras in my day but Dennis by far was the most professional and stress free contractor I have ever worked with. 1st off, this company lives up to its name. the price was cheaper than all the other prices i got and it looks really good. my neighbors had their home roofed about six months ago by another company and they show up every time it rains. i'm happy to say i dont have that problem.hey! look at my new roof.

I love my new metal roof!! It is so attractive and really makes the house look a lot better!! I got the clay color and it is so nice and neutral! We have had lots of nice comments on it from friends and neighbors. The electrical bill has gone down $30 in one month so far!! We are trying to sell it and the potential buyers say that it is a nice selling point and really makes the house look sharp! Dennis and his crew were so friendly and quick to put the roof on and I had no problems with them. They are licensed out of Florida, so they go by Florida's codes and building standards since Georgia does not require one to have a roofing license. I love that the roof has a 40 year warranty and is transferrable to the new owners. I would recommend Affordable roofing to anyone as it was the best service and people and quality that I would expect.
