        AVOID!!!! Unless you want your loved one killed by incompetence & neglect! Horrible experience! My family member was sent there after a hospital stay (Hillcrest) for physical therapy so he could return home. The doctor at Hillcrest thought it would just be for a couple of weeks. After 5 days Grace still hadn't even gotten him out of bed! I finally had to go there and throw a fit before they would even start physical therapy!

        SEVERAL times during his stay Grace gave him insulin but never followed it up with food within the hour causing his blood sugar to plummet.

        Then they (Grace) failed to monitor his urine output and fluid intake (he has low kidney function) and allowed him to become dehydrated which caused his kidneys to shut down and his potassium level to skyrocket (which can cause heart failure). Needless to say he ended up in ICU....which turned out to be a good thing because at least he is out of Grace!!
