Beaver Hill Condominium

Worst place I have ever lived. Management and board are Incompetent, indifferent and do not address issues in a timely manner or not at all. Buildings are bed bug infested, black mold and other toxic mold issues are ignored.

Building plumbing and electrical systems are not suited for modern day living and management does not maintain as required by their own bylaws.

Jenkintown is a lovely community. It’s safe and friendly with wonderful schools. Unfortunately Beaver Hill Condominiums and it’s current leadership affect the quality of living in the entire town. If a child from Beaver Hill brings bed bugs into the school and they spread to other children, imagine the problems that would cause. Beaver Hill could care less.

Council is incompetent and are openly hostile to residents they don’t like and will do anything to make life miserable for them. Individuals with disabilities are discriminated against with and there is total disregard for their well being. Indoor air pollution is a major issue and they will not address it.
