Go anywhere but here! The verbal estimate I recieved when I gave them some details was one number, though I understood it could be a little higher. The final charge was about 125 above the verbal estimate. They happily charged full price for a few minutes work (they eventally charged half price us for an "hour long phone call" that they originally told my husband they'd waive. In the same breath said they'd only asked a general question without specifics. With specifics I called the same office and was done in less than 10 minutes). The owner was also very busy telling us that our former CPA and my huband's employers didn't do paper work correctly or were outright wrong. Unimpressive to a new client especially when I found that this company filed a form incorrectly which made a substantial refund disappear in the state's records. And I must say the reception staff could use some (more) customer service training.
