Took great care of my father. He is hearing impaired; the provider was kind and professional. Very appreciative.

They have a 1 star rating because it won't let you rate them no stars. They don't go by their hours.When there is an hour left to see one pt and you are turned away-joke!

I went in today for pain in my back the receptionist was very rude she asked me what I was doing their and I told her she said " well what do you want me to do about it we're on lunch till 2:30 and besides you might as well go somewhere else we can't help you here anyway" I got my husband and daughter and walked out I've never been treated like that by a so called medical professional before that was the first time I went there and I promise it'll be the last time I've lived in this area for about two months and I wondered why I never saw anyone there...I guess I got my answer...if I were you I would definitely choose somewhere else if you're sick or in pain cause this place is a joke

I called and the Express Health Clinic recorded message said they accecpted patients until 6 PM but you must be there by 5:30. I arrived on Dec 20 at 2012 at 5:20 PM. A receptionist was very curt anyd rude and short with me. She said all paperwork had to be filled out by 5:30 and that I would not be helped. I told her I could write fast and she said rudely: "no! We are closing sir!" I begged her and told her I was very sick. I never get sick and I never go to the doctor, so this was something if I was at the doctor. I told her I'd never be back and she just snickered. I went to the pharmacy window to explain the situation that perhaps the young lady was being lazy. I asked to see a doctor and they said flatly: "ummm no, do as she says, sir." I left and I will never go back.
