Deluxe Inn

I'm a 56 yrs old female, and by myself. I checked in the room around noon. After the office took my Weekly rate $ they have now told me that they do not except pets. My pet went to the pick-up-truck to stay. The next morning around 11am, this man is screaming and telling me to get out. With no refund. This whole time my dog was in my pickup, in direct heat no shade!
He is rude, cursing, and very disrespectful. Microwave did not work fridge not cooling and TV remote did not work. This was brought to their attention and they would not accommodate! 12 pk of Dr peppers disappeared, along with some other food items. Sad... 400.00$ and this is the service I received. Still no refund. Pretty bad when this is all I had!

I am a mother of a 1 yr old little girl, and a 7 year old little boy. My family recently lost our home due to water damages... I am getting some assistantce with staying at hotels in our area. Today I was checked onto delux inn (Jasper, TX) at approximately 4pm. Since the check in time, my vehicle was unloaded and the little bit of groceries we had was put into the hotel room refrigerator. We left right after unloading our things into the room to go try and salvage more things from our home. At about 10pm, is when we finally are getting back to our hotel room. My daughter (age1) was overly tired I was getting the kids off to bed.. And I went to make a bottle of milk for her; I opened up the refrigerator to find out that it didn't even work. The milk alo g with the rest of our food was all hot. Not even the slightest chilled. I immediately called the Delux Inn office phone. The guy at the office TD me oh well.
