Jamestown Primary Care (JPC) wishes to announce that Dr. Rudy Mueller will be leaving the group to pursue an opportunity at the Jamestown VA clinic on Third St. in Jamestown as the Medical Director to serve our veterans. We wish him well in this endeavor and we know that he will be an advocate for the health of our veterans.
Family Practice
Dr. Powers earned her B.S. in Pre-Med from the University of Dayton and her M.D. from the Wright State School of Medicine in Ohio. Her residency training took place at Grand Rapids Family Practice in Michigan. She is originally from Mayville, NY and decided to move back to Western New York in 2005. Dr. Powers is board certified in Family Medicine since 1995.

She is Board Certified in Family Practice and also does low risk Obstetrics. She has lived in Lakewood since 1992 with her husband, Dr.Rudy Mueller, and their 5 children.

After working in Chicago, Dr. Mueller came to Jamestown in 1992 with his wife, Dr. Diane Mueller and their family. They were two of the founding physicians of Jamestown Primary Care in 1996.
