Heavenly Houndz Pet Grooming

I understood the cost of my dog's grooming would be $25 from her first grooming. When I picked her up the groomer claimed she was matted - when she was not- and charged me $40. Almost doubling the charge. She had my phone number and I live 1/2 mile away. If she had so much matting she could have called me to discuss. Upping your price when the dog is picked up with no prior communication is bad business and cheating in my opinion. Especially when the dog was not matted at all. I do not recommend you use this groomer. I won't be back.

Tonia is a very good, professional groomer. She takes time to understand my needs and is personable with my dogs. I have taken them to other groomers but my dogs are much more comfortable when they see Tonia at Heavenly Houndz. I would highly recommend this service.
