World Capital Auto Mall

Worst experience of our travelling life. We are Australians on a 3 month roadtrip and our vacation was destroyed by Alex Bonilla and the staff at World Capital Auto Mall. We were sold a vehicle with pre-existing transmission issues that were hidden from us by their mechanic (check engine light was turned off). We were given a warranty from C.A.R.S Protection Plus that they didn't pay for (clear evidence of fraud), so when the transmission failed 2 weeks later we were left stranded. Calls were never returned. Title was also never produced, and after 30 days with temporary registration we were left with a broken car that didn't belong to us and couldn't be legally driven even if it wasn't a lemon. We were lied to over and over again. We reported the issue to the New York DMV to investigate, and are considering further legal action. This is not what we came to America for - shame, World Capital Auto Mall. SHAME!
