Overall

Do Not Stay here - ever! Not a Quality Stay nor a Choice place to stay the night before an early morning trip - I pre-paid for a room in this hotel and confirmed our reservation and accommodations earlier in the day of our arrival. When my family arrived at the hotel and went to the front desk, the only person behind the reservation / check-in desk told us he did not even work at the hotel. He went to get the woman who actually worked there. We were told by the woman who actually worked there that there was no room available to meet the accommodations we had already paid for. I told her I had confirmed it earlier and told her this was in the notes. This women told me she does not typically read the notes attached to the reservation. I explained we had already paid for this room and she just said sorry she didn't have it available. There was no manager there to talk to- only her. I tried to call back to speak to a manager during regular business hours and have only received a complete run around by everyone who I spoke with. Within a 10 minute period I was told the manager was on another call, I could not wait on hold but had to call back in a few minutes - when I called back 10 minutes later I was told the manager was not even there. The next time I called the person who answered had me on speaker phone at the front desk. He did not even answer "quality Inn" He just answered "hello" and when I inquired who I was talking to he just started laughing. When I asked if I was on speaker phone and requested to be taken off speaker phone only he refused indicating he was multitasking customers at the front desk. I requested to be taken off of speaker phone again and he again refused. The staff at this hotel are rude and disrespectful to customers. I have had to work with the corporate office to get resolution and get my money back because my accommodations were not available. This has been a very difficult process. I would recommend not staying here. It is not worth the money or aggravation.



Regarding the hotel itself - the lobby smelled of a very old, musty stench. The floors were filthy. The signs in the lobby were attached to the walls with duct tape. Did not even get to a room to look at it as none were available. My recommendation, spend a few more dollars and stay in a hotel with actual staff running the front desk, who are nice and actually provide you with the accommodations you are booking for.
