        Total crook. Charged me $150 last year (reasonable). Bumped it up to $250 (without telling me until after he did the work!) this year. He claimed that's what he charges everybody, even when I told him that I know two people who use him and were charged significantly less. He's not good at his job, either. Go elsewhere.

        Overall

        This was my first time going but my dad went to him for 25 years. It was a disaster. He got insulted and kicked us out after my dad said can you give us an estimate/quote? Seriously? Isn't that question usually asked to all CPA's? My dad and I will be looking for another place.
