New England Wood Pellet

I live in Windsor ,NY. 18 miles east of Binghamton, NY. I purchased one (1) to of New England pettets this last fall from Shafer Enterprises located in Deposit NY. performance of pellets meet all stated for pellets. I purchased a second ton of pellets from same supplier. This ton of pellets was far from exceptable. They had a high ash contact, lower heat, and very dirty. Black dust all over everything on home, plus caused heath problems for me and my wife. I calles the supplier with the complaint, she called the plant mmanager in Deposit plant with complaint. He agreed tt accept the remainder on second ton of pellets. I loaded up remainder of pellets, returned them to factory and company gave me at no cost one (1) ton of pellets. I did not notice the this ton had the same lot number as the ones I returned. I tried one bag and nothinf in the performance of pellets meet your standards that you avertize. I call the distributor and explained issue with pellets. She in turn called the manufacture in Deposit and explained my issue. I have made several phone calls, with no answer.

1. Why did manufacture replace pellets with same lot number, knowing they were way bellow Quality?

2. Why did I not get a reply form distribrutor?

I am going to contact my attorney and proceed from this point. I require a cleaning service to come in my home. Everything is covered this this black soot and reguires cleaning.

My adise to all who uses this pellet to be aware of my nightmare caused be trusting and suplier to sell a acceptable pellet, and payment for all damages caused.
