I went in for a consult...the guy I talked with did a basic family budget...we needed it...after that we went over basic savings and insurance structuring.(like what kind of insurance I need and what I don't) After that I set up a small month plan that helped me save money with a fair interest rate and got a decent insurance that will cover me when I get out of the Marine Corps. Got my wife a plan too and we are going back to set up a 529...if youre not familiar with that its a college fund. I am glad these guys showed me how to switch from being crazy with money to actually feeling like a grown up!
