Lancaster's Auto Electric

This place has gone to trash. Been, a loyal customer in the past but that's done. I had an electrical issue with a turn signal, I walked in on Wednesday, he says bring it in on Thursday 09:00 and it will be done by the end of the day. Thursday comes, I drop the jeep off. 4:00 rolls around no phone call, so I call them, an employee runs some BS line about looking at it and how they've taken a peak at it etc..... It's been there since 9am, Then when I mentioned "IT'S A TURN SIGNAL"!!! phone got quiet. Owner finally decides to come on the speaker phone and says. "Hey just come pick it up. I don't have time for it, take it some where else", and HANGS UP ON ME........So I proceed to his shop, I get there and the rude owner is no place to be seen. I deal with an employee. Again, as a customer I was shocked at the low level disregard for someones time this guy had. I had to take off work to get my vehicle to his shop twice that day and to be treated like I was, well someone should know.
