Island Tan

I have been a member of Island Tan for many years and all of a sudden they change the payment option on their customers. Now they say you have to let them have access to your bank account to draft your monthly payment at the agreed upon lower rate or you have to pay monthly at the higer rate! I asked to speak to the manager or owner and left my phone number along with a check for the monthly agreed upon amount and have never gotten a call from anyone to discuss the issue. You would think they would think more of their customers since we are the ones that keep them in business!
