The BEST vape shop in town! The customer service is even better! The store has a HUGE variety of items and I have to say, Joseph went above and beyond the norm to help me. I knew nothing about the re-fillable different vape devices, as I previously used the prefilled Juul vape sticks. Joseph took the time (DURING the COVID pandemic no less) to explain the details on a few different devices. Not ONCE seeming like he was annoyed with my many questions OR in a hurry to get me out. Due to cataracts, I chose a berry menthol liquid, but I didn't see the tiny *menthol* inscription, I thought it was just a "berry" flavor. I did not notice this mistake until I got home and had already filled my pod. I called and the gal told me to go ahead and bring it back and she would see what she would do. I have NEVER seen a store return AND replace something (without charging me) like this, considering it was MY fault for choosing the wrong thing. This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service and an EXCELLENT way to do business. I am on a limited income and can not afford to get something like a large bottle of juice to "try". Thank you folks at Smoke N Vape, I will never go anyplace else.....and I live 15 miles away with other vape/smoke shops closer! You folks are AWESOME and I hope the owner of the store appreciates their employees!
