Wish I had read the reviews before calling. Was quoted $44.95 for four rooms and a hall. Guy came out and said my rooms are bigger and it will be a six room price. Also told me they needed neutralizer and enyzme cleaner on my carpets due to pet urine. I did have pet urine in one spot, but he insisted they needed to do the whole house. Quoted me OVER $400. I told them no thanks. I ended up paying over $100. Before they came, my house had no odor. After they came, my house STUNK like wet dog. We let it dry. We ran fans. I called them and they came back out. All they did was squirt more 'enzyme cleaner' (in a bug-spray type canister). The room that stunk the worst had carpet that was less than six months old and had never had a pet accident. We realized after they left that it is their so-called "enzyme" cleaner. It REEKS. So I basically paid them to come clean my carpets and stink up my house. My carpets do look cleaner in the high traffic areas if you can get over the smell. Go with another company or rent a cleaner yourself. These guys stink. Literally.

Doesn't deserve any stars !! this company came in , was rude! lied repeatedly, tried charging me under the table too, then got on phone with boss & was dropping the f** bomb infront of my son.. said I had pet stains, which there aren't.. also said he got down on floor to smell the rug.... lol too fat to bend over.... complete failure as a company.... tried charging hundreds of dollars for a 24.99 coupon job !!! horrible !!!! everyone beware!!! rent your shampooer & be happy with out this company !!!

Do not use this company!! They are rude, lying, people. They were to come clean my carpets for $44.95 for 5 rooms. I know these companies usually try to get you to do more. but this guy said the carpets tested positive for dog urine. All he had with him was an ink pen and paper. what did he test it with? his tongue? how does he know it wasnt cat urine or human? he was so stupid. He tried to tell me he cannot clean my carpet unless he puts this neutralizer etc on it and yada yada. wanted to charge me $337.00. I said you wasted my time and yours (and they drove like 60 miles) to my house. Then he says well I can call my boss and we can prob do for $ 150.00. I said NO. again you wasted my time and yours. so Leave. He went out door and yelled something and got in truck. sat at end of my drive for 20 min. before he left. I will never call these people again or recommend to anyone. Sounds like they need to be reported to better business bureau. they need to be shut down. they have false advertisement. they make you give a star rating but they do not deserve one at all.

Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Advertised price was $44.95, in house quote was $390.00, I could have replaced the carpet for that. Settled on $100.00, only because we had already moved furniture and done the prep work. After the "cleaning" the carpet looks the same, I wish I had rented a unit from lowes. Please do yourself a favor, do not call them. I gave them 1 star only because there was no lower rating, a total ripoff!!!

When I called to make an appointment I was told that my coupon for $50 would be honored. When the person came to clean the carpet he said that it was going to cost $240!! I was completely shocked, he said that he needed to do a deep clean and if I didn't pay for this "type of cleaning" I would not get my deposit back. I agreed to this rip off ONLY because I had to be out of the rental house the next day.



But, when I received my security deposit letter from the property manager, there was a charge for $424 for carpet cleaning, due to the fact that the carpets were not cleaned properly. So I ended up paiding $664 for carpet cleaning!! I have called and written to the company hoping that they would make it right, but they just ignored me. So, I am writing this review in the hopes that someone else will not be ripped off as I was.

Only needed bedroom [with bed and 2 dressers that didnt need to be cleaned under]

So minimum of $25 [which is fine!]

The service guy tried to pad the bill for over $100. That offer declined. Then down to $99. Declined. Then $25 special with $25 chemical boost for coffee stains etc. That was agreed upon [$50.00]

Before leaving was told it would have been ideal to vacuum carpet before they came [ i would have done that if asked or told by the scheduling person or the cleaners when they arrived!]

This morning, the carpet looks the same except for some deodorizer smell. Called and spoke with a mgr? Essentially told 'oh well and hung up'

Don't do business with this company. I get qote on phone $50 when come out charge me $150. Didin't clean very well, left spot on carpet and have to clean capet again. Promise everything but noting happened. I called 3 time per week and still didin't taking care of problem. Don't use this company!!!!!!!!!!!
