Last year, I purchased a new Chrysler 300 from New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge. This afternoon, I was put in contact with Mr. Fred Peacock to discuss the poor customer service when calling the dealership for any type of assistance. I spoke directly with Mr. Peacock to only receive the same type of egotistical, narcissistic behavior... all of course prior to Mr. Peacock hanging up on me. I have read many of the negative reviews online and unfortunately Mr. Peacock's name is among many of those. Perhaps Jack Holcomb and Terry Taylor could provide some type of customer service orientation to refresh Mr. Peacock's memory that it is the customer that contributes to the success of any business.

do not do business with these dealer..scam..vehicle is 09HHR LT1 22,000 miles. the dealer is New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge. i was very very very very displease, they wanted 13500 out the door with the car. i was already approve for roadloans for 12800 with 750 down. That day, the deal was finalize and less than 30min, i rec a call from the dealer that the company (roadloans) wanted me to pay $3g. i contact Rdlns, they states no where on my loan form that am obligated to pay $3,000. The processing fee is paid by the dealer.i process a loan thru them..hrs later they state that bank want 3000 down, am aware my credit is not good. i decline. Arrived home when they call,bring car back. so nothing was process no deal..yesterday car was return and today account was draft 750. nothing was process they told no deal but today the took my money. car was return yesterday, and yesterday sale rep showed me a document, that he claims has the processing fee, but he never did showed it. i kept calling the dealer no answering they have my money..the told they did not process the check nothing was sent to the bank since they decide not to proceed with the sale after i had driving of the lot with the car..on top of that..they try selling me a vehicle for $6000 dodge interprid with 47000 miles and with everything else they said would round up to 12,000..so i just walked out
