        We just had a new Bryant AC system installed by Hammond. It took me months to decide on the A/C and who I would purchase it from. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH: I've had a lot of companies here to give estimates, and NONE OF THEM CAME CLOSE TO OFFERING ME WHAT HAMMOND DID!!! Believe that!. One company insisted that I hire an electrician to increase the amps to accommodate the new unit, another company took a week to give an estimate which was one paragraph long.
        From the very start, Jeff called to say he was leaving to give his estimate. The day of the installation the whole crew came, answered more of my questions, and got to work immediately and efficiently. They worked as a team and while the installers were outside, I had my ac vents cleaned on the inside by Kyle & Steve. These guys were very diligent in their work and made sure they were happy with what they had done.
        My research told me that installation is everything, and I'm confident the job was done well. Special thanks go to Jeff, Brandon, and Nancy in the office for answering my millions of questions 100% to my satisfaction. We are now sitting in a cool, comfortable home with 80 degree temperatures outside.
