Carter Insurance

This company has uses misleading and deceptive tactics. They do not explain the charges provided on the paperwork. I will be submitting a complaint BBB also

I had insurance through them for about 4 months then a scam artist with the same name as theirs (Carter) slammed on brakes in front of me and caused a crash. (Swoop n Swap). Kind a makes a guy scratch his head... are they related?

These people saved me a lot of money on my insurance. So glad I decided to give them a try. Very happy! Thanks guys!!! A+++

if you want to over pay for car insurance go for it! trust me you will regret it.Customer service is horrible. Some staff member are polite, and their leadership positions are rude, and obnoxious. I was paying with them$2200 for 3 cars and 4 drivers; my new insurance policy for 6 month is 900$$. You're going to think your receiving a super cheap insurance, you're not! Until I did research around and found better insurance. Understand they are charging you a fee for their service which are not low!! Personally, do not get insurance from them they do not abide florida law and will refused to cancel policy even after primary policy holder wrote a letter stating to do ..
