Eric was prompt, efficient, helpful and quickly solved my video problem. Another technician had worked two evenings and made some progress in attempting to convert my video (several hours of it) into a format compatible with I-Movie, but was unsuccessful. In about an hour Eric had diagnosed the problem, found and downloaded the appropriate conversion software, and had me well on the way to converting more than 1100 video files. Additionally he offered several suggestions about ways I could get more from my I-Mac. He was a patient and thorough teacher, an accomplished technician, and I would happily have him back anytime I'm wrestling with a computer problem. I would give him SIX stars if that were an option.
