HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I visited the UPS in Jackson on Broadway on Saturday morning of December 17th and was helped out by CRAIG. I had two packages both that cost about $35 to mail; one was going to Naperville, Illinois and the other to Lancaster, Ohio. CRAIG explained to me that the package being delivered to Naperville was guaranteed for Saturday, December 24 and the package being delivered to Lancaster was guaranteed to be delivered the Tuesday before Christmas. I even remember saying to him that I was surprised the package being delivered to Illinois would arrive later than the package to Ohio. Again he told be guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, December 20th.CRAIG was wrong and the package to Lancaster is actually guaranteed delivery by the Tuesday after Christmas, December 27th. If I had known the package was going to arrive after Christmas, I would not have bothered to send it.Thanks CRAIG! This was a specific gift to actually be enjoyed as a family on Christmas Day. So not only will my family have nothing to open from me but I have wasted money on the gift and shipping. Icing on cookieI will have baby before they receive their package. You are a rock star!

When you close for lunch and put up a sign you will be back at a certain time......try and get back on time so that you don't keep customer's waiting longer than they should. Terrible customer service and even UPS staff that were standing and chatting, couldn't be bother to help.
